PRE-ORDERS
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled. An ETA is provided, if this does not suit your time frame, please do not purchase the item. The ETA is as accurate as possible give or take a few days as international shipping and customs can be unpredictable. Orders are dispatched as a whole so if you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the available item will be sent when the preorder item arrives. If you wish for the available item to be sent right away, please contact us. Additional postage charges may apply.
PRE-ORDER MEANS YOU ARE ORDERING AN ITEM NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK, WHILE WE ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ETA THIS IS DEPENDANT ON SHIPPING TIME FRAMES AND CUSTOMS WHICH IS OUT OF OUR HANDS, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR DELAY WITH YOUR ORDER WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP YOU INFORMED.

There are no returns or refunds available for sale items, sale items are discounted items and aren’t eligible for return/exchange or refunds. Proceeding with purchase means you agree to the terms and conditions. Sale items are not eligible for free delivery.

LAY-BY TERMS
A minimum deposit of 20% is required to reserve the goods for you. For custom or special orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
Service Fee – A $15 non-refundable service fee will be charged for each new Lay-by.
Lay-by will be held for 6 weeks or as otherwise agreed – additional charges apply to lay-bys extending beyond 6 weeks.
LAY-BY CONDITIONS
- Weekly or fortnightly payments to the account shown at the bottom of the invoice issued to you (by email) are required to keep your lay-by active. Failure to make payments for 4 consecutive weeks, will result in your lay-by being cancelled - any monies paid will be returned to you by way of store credit only (less cancellation fees).
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund lay-by merchandise for change of mind. For special/custom orders - NO cancellations are permitted once the order has been sent to the manufacturer for production.
- A cancellation fee is applied when a customer chooses to cancel a lay-by within the first 4 weeks from the date of invoice. The cancellation fee is 25% of the invoiced value, which accounts for administration, storage and restocking costs.
- E.g. if the invoiced value is $200, then $50 would be retained as a cancellation fee. The remainder of the amounts paid will be returned in the form of a credit note only. Cancellations made after the first 4 weeks from the date of invoice are not eligible for reimbursement (cash or credit note).
- If a lay-by has expired (either by exceeding the 6 week lay-by terms or by failing to make payments for 4 consecutive weeks), a reminder email will be sent to the email address taken at commencement of the lay-by. If after 14 days there has been no reply by the customer, the lay-by will be returned to the floor stock and all monies paid by the customer will be forfeited.
- For lay-bys that extend beyond the agreed 6 week timeframe, a storage fee of 5% of the item's invoiced value per month (or part thereof) will be charged until the items have been paid in full and collected/delivered.
- Delivery for lay-bys will be only arranged once final payment has been made (additional delivery fees will be applicable).
